Elder Law

Elder law is a relatively new practice area, although it is essentially a grouping of several legal practice areas with emphasis on how these areas impact older citizens. Elder Law can be broken down into two parts; Estate Planning and Long-Term Care Planning.

Similar to other practice areas, this firm, where possible and with the consent of the client, will consult with other estate planning professionals, as well as family members and care managers to help our clients develop the best plan possible.
